About Me



YES IT'S OVER - A few weeks after Robert's choice to leave sela, Dimitri also left sela and buried his drumsticks.

Daniel, Bart & Erik are now focussing on a new band.

 Formed in early 2004, sela started experimenting with different sounds to ultimately find it’s way between grunge, metal and indie.
After some successful live shows, which included an Amnesty International benefit, and two shows in 013-Tilburg, the band is slowly finding a place in the dutch alternative scene.

To get a rough idea, their songs are influenced by bands like At The Drive-in, Far, Sevendust, Green Lizard and Nirvana.
2007 brought a release of a new demo, with new vocalist Erik. Planning for an EP is in December.
