About Me

This is my passion.
I started photography at the age of 14 when I saved up to buy my first film SLR camera. I photographed everything from family and friends to plants and animals.
I got interested in the Aberdeen music scene at 16 after being inspired by Iona Bateman and Scarlet Page's photography and so I started going to gigs. I started photographing local bands and with help from friends I learnt a lot and gained confidence.
I recently won MUSIC PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR 2006 organised by Bristol Carling Academy, which I was completely shocked and thrilled about. I'm in my final year of HND Professional Photography and Imaging at Aberdeen College, i'll be finished in a months time.
I plan on moving to Glasgow at the end of this year and then onto the London area.
At the moment I use a Canon EOS 350D and a Canon Speedlite 580EX Flash. I also use a 35mm film Canon EOS 300.
I'm quite a shy person, so come and say Hi :)
