About Me

For More Information and to purchase CDs, Please Visit: http://mojocollinsblues.com/estore/estore.html
In the past, Mojo performed with or opened shows for Fleetwood Mac, Janis Joplin, Steve Miller, Santana, The Grateful Dead, Ike and Tina Turner, Muddy Waters, Leon Redbone, Sly and the Family Stone, Blue Cheer, The Spinners, Maurice Williams and the Zodiacs, Keith Shealy, Ronnie Montrose, and the incomparable Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Currently, his music is receiving airplay in the USA and 9 other countries. In the last 2 decades, Mojo has garnered songwriting awards in NC, VA and Lousiana. In 1999, he was awarded a prestigious NC Arts Council Fellowship in Music for Songwriting.
As a preservationist, Mojo performed at the dedication ceremony of North Carolina's Jockey's Ridge State Park, and the re-lighting and re-dedication of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
Mojo still performs blues and rock in concert. His programs "Flight of Magic," "Dare to Dream" and "Make a Preservation" bring arts and education together, taking Mojo into colleges, churches and grades K5 thru' 12. In 2004, he will add "Devon to Dare," songs about the Lost Colony, to his catalogue of one video, 3 singles, and 18 album/cds. Maybe he'll even record some blues and retro-rock with screaming guitars!
Enough talk ... Enjoy Mojo's music and remember, Dare to Dream!
