last i read the sandman series of graphic novels by neil gaiman. life changing. but now i'm getting bored with his novels as i've just been struggling through "american gods" and have now quit. because i found "the road" by cormac mccarthy and i can't tell you how indcredible this book is, you must read it. i also liked "101 reykjavik" by hallgrimur helgason "invisible cities" by italo calvino "nausea" by jean-paul sartre "demian" by hermann hesse "steppenwolf" by hermann hesse "crime and punishment" by fyodor dostoevski "closely observed trains" hrabal "one hundred years of solitude" gabriel garcia marquez "the fairytale of new york" j.p. donleavy.
