A little light indoctrination . . .

About Me

Intense, messy, optimistic, curious, random, passionate and unpretentious (ermm that's me I think . . .) . . . .
Freelance graphic designer and illustrator, dance music producer and singer who works too hard but I love what I do.
Currently working on many vocal collaborations with other producers.

My Interests

Music: producing, singing, discovering new stuff.

Design: illustration, typography, VJing, learning as much as I can.

Mavericks, body language, people watching, men watching! (:D) origins, identity . . . cultural and national identity, stereotypes, science of gut reactions, international football, delusional people, dancing my arse off all night long, big noses, nice smells, edges of islands, pointless research, making resolutions and seeing how quickly I can break them, writing lists and losing them, buying books, getting excited about them and forgetting to read them . . . .

I'd like to meet:

producers, musicians, DJs, promotors, designers, illustrators . . . people with LOADS of energy, passion & love for what they do
. . . just some more good honest people . . . . . . . .

ACEYALONE: 'I THINK' - so good, so good, so goooood!!!

Music:

Many many people, among my favourites are Naab, Sine Weaver, Audiodox, Mochipet, Freq Nasty, Panda, Pro 7

Genres: - not keen on using labels, but sometimes you have too . . . breakcore, grindcore, badgercore, hip hop, r 'n' b, p funk, soul, tech house, funky house, disco house, deep house, drum 'n' bass, jungle, bhangra, grime, 2 step, ragga, techno, breakbeat . . . . .

Directors: Coen Brothers, Spike Lee, Spike Jonze, Chris Cunningham, Michel Gondry, feature length docs - especially music documetaries (Dave Chapelle's Block Party!!) Pretty much anything with James Stewart

Only turn it on for something that looks particularly interesting . . . but mainly current affairs shows (so I can shout at the TV!!), documentaries, 70's & 80's cop shows, cheesy retro sci-fi, comedy (miss Johnny Vegas' stand up!), Armando Ianucci at his most surreal . . .
