The current set of songs, written by songwritters Brett Pitts and Logan Gnerlich, are a part of an twelve piece concept set titled "GlassMan Standing." The set tells a unique story of descent and rebirth. The music comes across clean cut on the new GlassMan Standing EP but live We stick Our hands in the fire... is a completely different animal. The set is energized with improvisions, guitar generated sound effects, and a unique energy. Moods ranging from mellow to psycadelic to raw to powerful and energetic. We stick Our hands in the fire... is a band name which suggests the masochistic nature of the human kind, its psycology. At a young age we are supposed to learn not to stick our hands in the fire because we know it will burn us, however, through out life we find our selves "playing with fire." We end it with the ... because everyone has their own ending to the band name "We stick Our hands in the fire..." (2004)
