MY WEBSITE HAS A NEW SERVER NOW! SO ALL OF MY MIXES LISTED BELOW ARE AGAIN AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD! sorry for the unavailability. it took me a few weeks.
HEY, WHO LIKES FREE MUSIC?!? Click here to download my latest mix CD, From Breaks To Stitches.
I also have an hour long mix recorded LIVE from Exotic Easter 2007 available for download HERE.
Also available, if you have the patience for downloading an 80 MB file and dont mind a single hour-long MP3, click here for the CD I made last year, Electronic Flow.
I make music and spin it at clubs and special events.
Lately my direction has been Break Beat, Drum n Bass, and Tribal. Other artists that sound like that, are what I like to mix besides my own stuff.
I was born in Miami, but grew up in Denver. Then after I got my degree in architecture I moved to San Antonio where the work was better.
I like to structure my songs deeply because I was classicly trained in music and I think it shows in the sound. I was one of those little kids parents started into it at a very early age and now can play just about every instrument fluently, although percussion is what I’m best at. (thats why my beats sound the way they do)
I always strive to use a mixing board and decks as just another instrument. Also, maintaining a professional attitude with others; free of entertainment scene drama and always helping new artists progress; gained a notable reputation in Texas as not only a favorite DJ to many; but also a very reliable, smart, and easy person to work with.
Other genres of music I play with are progressive house, dub-step, ragga riddim, UK hard house, electronica, dark-wave, EDM, EBM, IDM, synth-pop, noise-core, gothic, industrial, 80s new-wave retro, and 90s post-modern.
Besides working on music and remixes in my studio room, I’ve managed to be a key contributor to local underground music scenes and pushed my mix selections and styles to a dominating level in dance clubs and raves for 12 years.
The best thing in life is taking a crowds energy to new heights and making them truly feel something along with just dancing their asses off. The bigger the crowd, the better I sound. That feeling is euphoric to me. When I’m not doing any of that, I like playing first person shooter games on my xbox, going to the gym (gotta be in good shape for shows), and help out others with their music efforts. Sometimes I produce somebodys music because I have the ear, gear, and technical knowledge for it. If I really like it then it can turn into a collaboration where I’m programming the beats. I also teach DJ’s lessons in the off season (January-March). Get with me in December if you want to learn how to spin or broaden your current skills.
If you’re a promoter or booking agent, I’m open and nogotiable on all offers. But I also studied 3 different martial arts for 4 years in my youth, so don’t even THINK about getting away with not paying me! (I’m a big boy and I’ll have to hurt ya, so serious offers only please)
