"Yes mam it is true, I pound nails into my skull all in the name of comedy" ......Lucky John, "The Merchant Of Madness" grew up in the Los Angeles area spending most of his years surfing the coast between Seal Beach and San Diego. Easy going loving life. Currently living in Sydney Australia the last five years and will be re-locating to Wellington New Zealand end of 2006.For over twenty years Lucky John has entertained audiences around the globe both as a Stand Up Comic and Side Show Peformer. Growing up in the shadows of Hollywood, Lucky John honed his performance skills in Tinseltown under the tutledge of Comedy Guru Danny Mora and his "Peer Group" Workshop. Either performing in Casinos at Universities, Corporate Functions, Clubs or Festivals the audience is delivered a high energy act with a skewed sense of humour and off beat delivery that cuts across all age groups. Lucky John walks a razor sharp edge of comedy and death defying feats that will challenge your sensibilities and keep you on the edge of your seat. This Merchant Of Madness dares you to to keep your mind open and your eyes forward. Also featured is a mix of film shorts from Discovery Channel USA's "Beyond Bizarre" and a series of comedy short films titled "Strange Wilderness" which originaly aired on Comedy Central.
