-absurdly huge list of what I like.
I like curry, I like lots and lots of curry. I just got done cooking vegetable curry with a sauce I made myself at 2 in the morning. I really love curry. If you make curry I'll be at your house in 15 minutes or less. No, seriously, I'll wreck your curry. I've been experimenting with my own curry sauces and just learned how much corn starch is too much corn starch. I'm also very bad at cooking rice. I seriously have a success rating of about 1 in 10 for good rice batches. Fuck rice. I love rice, but I can't cook it.
Also, I like things spicy, as in I'm the guy that used to eat the red peppers that other people didn't want on their phad thai. I also love phad thai. I tried cooking that earlier today but forgot to add an egg and I have no peanuts. It still tasted good even though the smell of fish sauce is very disturbing if you're not prepared for it. I was, and apparently everyone else at Evolved was too. Thank goodness, because I hate making things that smell bad during the day because I piss off the tattoo and piercing artists when that happens. Of late I've been getting compliments on the smell of my cooking. I think I'm starting to love cooking again. Seriously, make me a good batch of rice and I'll bring some curry.
I also like matter paneer, palak paneer, things involving okra, most mediterranean food, most ethiopian food, stir fry, lo mein (occasionally,) vegetarian chili spaghetti, things using jalapenos, creative use of feta, things like grapes on salad, pine nuts, beer, mixed drinks, interesting shots, dancing excessively for hours, talking over coffee for hours, watching cheap movies, petting cats, being petted like a cat, sleeping, occasional karaoke singing, occasional mindless drunkenness, and laughing.
