BIO:
Nima Tahmasebi is an electronic music producer, graphic designer and dj which plays under the name of "NT89". Nima was born in L'Aquila, Italy in 1989. Grown-up by listening to electro music of the time such as Daft Punk, Alan Braxe, Jeff Mills & Gigi D'Agostino, Nima officially starts his dj & producer career at the young age of 14, when he plays his first dj-set in a hometown club called "Darkover". As graphic designer he starts a great career in the videogames editing which see him creating "the best pes editing team"(Armin fitz-patrick) with the help of the famous argentinian programmer Ariel Santarelli and releasing in 2006 one of the most downloaded add-ons ever "The Superpatch". In 2007 nt89 captures the attention of the electro music scene by remixing "Hot Hot Hotter" by the dutch progressive house artist Laidback Luke, it has been championed and played everywhere, "it's a sexy piece of work"(bec, electrorash). Meanwhile, nt89 makes a remix of Justice's hit "D.A.N.C.E." which has been championed also by people like The Bloody Beetroots & Shinichi Osawa and published on the famous french blog "Kidz by Colette". After that, he’s been steadily releasing remix after remix, and is even excellent enough to make them and his original stuff so he decides to make his first EP called "you are my very special one". The title is a tribute to The Velvet Underground & Nico which influenced him a lot making the tracks of the ep. The first track of the ep is "You are my very special one" gives the title to the whole ep, it's featuring the voice of his friend Giorgia Shooting Stars and contains beat samples from Jackson & his computer band. The second track "Alfonso a Posillipo" is the most acclaimed one, it has been championed also by the fresh duo SymbolOne, it's a "rugh sweety arpeggio's triumph"(Dave, undermag) and contains a snare sample of "Crescendolls" by Daft Punk. The third track, "Electriparty" is an electro rock aim inspired by The Bloody Beetroots and helped in the concept by Bob Rifo. Then, the remixes made by Tom Deluxx, Oddity, Distort & Hostage and Cècile. Tom Deluxx, the bordeaux face and pioneer of the third french touch, hits from years the french clubs and remixed artists like Alex Gopher and Thieves like us with his brand new band called "Just A Band" with his mate Stella. His yamvso remix is a great electro piece, deep & rough that makes you dance up&down with distorted synths and a dirty rythm which are his signature. Oddity aka Hisashi.T is a seamless creator/DJ of electronic/house music from Tokyo, Japan. He harnesses the distorted synth-bass sound and bleepy tracks that symbolise the contemporary rock sound, adding his own catchy sound and groove to deliver his signature style. His music career enjoys strength and depth through producing, arranging and supplying tunes as a guitarist influenced by bossa nova and acid jazz. He made a powerfull and dark remix perfect for a dirty Tokyo night. The french dj producer Distort made up a big techno rave mix with Hostage "Mr Gluttony". After having imposed its audioblog Kidz by Colette like the part major in Europe, Distort releases these platinums and takes again its PC! With dj always irreproachable sets, it is being done one crowned name on this from now on célébre new french touch. Permanently out of turn (Australia & Japan are with the program for him very soon), Mr. KidzbyColette when same scorned to stop in Italy for the pleasure of our ears Cécile is an electronic project that takes its name from the saint protector of musicians, here in a profane outfit: a warrior divinity armed with thunders, sins and synths. The sound that comes out feeds itself with contradictions; soft and violent at the very moment, like penetration, like giving birth, like death itself. Cècile mixes the 90’s with MSTRKRFT, mashes club and playa. Like locking Dennis Rodman in a room with a drunken Paris Hilton.- Tyler Durden - Aaron Hurricane
