Ceramics, drawing, painting, hula hooping, dancing, singing. Overall I am just intersted in being an active and aware member of the human race and practicing the significant gifts I hold as an individual. Also promoting and supporting people to develop and practice thier own creative skills.
If it's good, I like it. Especially if it's funky, or jazzy, or mystical, or beautifully sung, or if it's a friend playing/performing it. Overall, the context in which the music plays makes all the difference. I think music depends on context as much as any art form depends on context... like installation art. Some of my favorite songs come from Taj Mahal, Toots and the Maytals, Souls of Mischief, my dear friend Sean Mac., Swingin' Utters, Tommy Dorsey, Freaky Flow, anything sung by my lady Serene, my favorite house dj Bruno. I love culturally rich music and I love punk and break-beats and hip-hop and jungle and dub and HOUSE and jazz and blues and experimental and classical and sometimes I love country. They all have a time and a place with me. I hope to be as expressive in my art work as these musicians are. Music is a universal language.
