I've been a fire dancer for 4yrs now and am the Director of Salt Lake's only organized and insured fire troupe, Incendiary Circus (www.icfire.org, http://tribes.tribe.net/incendiarycircus), an amazing group of dedicated and talented individuals that I'm proud to perform with!
My focus in performance is to present a blend of dance, personality, crowd-interaction and skill. To me, it's not all about the fire, it's about how you play with it...
FIRE SKILLS: Poi, Staff, Fingers, Sword, Eating, Fleshing, and Breathing. I've also recently picked up on Jumping Stilts of which are great for daytime performance and for adding a new facet of interest to fire performance.
On a personal level, I'm a person who strives to inspire others and who lives to be inspired! My names of alter ego are Reala, Succubus of the Desert and SpicyHeart. My goal in life: Giving it my damndest to get out and experience new things whenever humanly possible. ..

My Interests

Fire Performing! It's my obsession, outlet and joy! It's my source for creating, physical activity, challenge, inspiration, traveling and meeting new people!

I am a creative jack-of-many-trades who enjoys acquiring new skills whenever they present themselves, especially when they contribute to any aspect of fire performance.
Photography modeling, art modeling.
FX Make-up, airbrushing. Worked on the makeup crew of one of the best haunted houses in the US (www.rockypointhauntedhouse.com) for 6 seasons.
Wearables arts such as sewing, assembling non-textile materials into costumes, chainmaille and wire wrapped jewelry.
Studied Japanese for 2 1/2yrs. Though I've forgotten a bit of what I learned, I still have the basics down.

For the most part, TV only makes me regret the time I spent watching it.

Books:

I'm addicted to audiobooks. Fiction mostly, with some "how to's" and classics for variety.

Heroes:

Um, I don't have any specific names, just people who are able to maintain dedication, focus and patience enough to achieve their goals even if it's a small accomplishement such as cleaning out their car.
