About Me

A Denver Mile is a rock and roll outfit based in Central Eastern Florida. With a lineup that converged from various backgrounds, their music exploresa number of different avenues. From driving, energetic rock and acoustic folk to experimental passages washed with effects and whatever instrumentsthey can lay their hands on; A Denver Mile still maintains a cohesive melody. Because of this, they have been compared to bands such as Jimmy EatWorld and The Killers as well as Radiohead and Coldplay.
Don't let these comparisons fool you however. In a world of carbon copies and cookie cutter musical projects, A Denver Mile strives to accomplish something more than catching the tail end of a trend. One can see it in the sweat of their live show and hear it in every note of their albums: A Denver Mile believes in hope, and that music can be an adventure through which hope is introduced...or reawakened.

"I wouldn't be surprised if the group managed to get some serious major label looks. 'Down Sycamore Street' is a quality, soulful radio-single just waiting to be unleashed on airwaves"..."Truth is ADM has a fresh sound all of its own."
- Brevard Live (Jeff Nall)

Straight-faced music for the straight-laced rocker.
