About Me

†
So, a little about me. I'm a wife, a mother and a nurse. I have been married for 28 years to my best friend Rick. We met on a blind date at Ceder Point and were married 4 months later. (He also helps me post some of the bulletins on here) We have 5 beautiful children. Sarah, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Matthew, and Daniel. They are the love of my life and a joy to my heart. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and at the present the MDS coordinator for Wuesthoff Health System of Florida. I'm also a "Full-Time" Servant in Christ Jesus who believes it's important to share God's word everywhere I go with everyone I know...What a tremendous honor to be used by God to lift up another! Thanks for visiting Our-space. I just want you to know.. that I value each and every one of your comments, posts & messages to me dearly. I read each one as I get a chance. I try to reply to each of you as well... but I'm not always able to reply to all of you as I'd like to. As I see you on here I pray for all of you daily. Even those of you who I never hear from.
Thank you for reading.
May the Lord direct your ways, and stir your heart and mind to bring Him glory every waking moment.
In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

If there is one thing we can share that we have learned from our lives, it is this: God's Word is true! Our Heavenly Father is faithful and will never leave us or forsake us. As we come to Him daily, willing to be shaped and directed, His Word gives us a clear direction. Almost everything we read, see, and experience shows us in some way that, God, is always with us.
†
As you look to the future and decide upon the direction of your life, what will you use as your road-map? Will you trust God's Holy Word and use it as an indispensable tool to guide your steps? Or will you choose a different map to guide your way? The map you choose will determine the quality of your journey and its ultimate destination.

The Bible is the ultimate guide for life; make it your guidebook as well. When you do, you can be comforted in the knowledge that your steps are guided by a Source of wisdom and truth that never fails.

God's love for you is deeper and more profound than you can fathom. And now, precisely because you are a wondrous creation treasured by God, a question presents itself: What will you do in response to God's love? Will you ignore it or embrace it? Will you return it or neglect it? The decision, of course, is yours and yours alone.
When you embrace God's love, you are forever changed. When you embrace God's love, you feel differently about yourself, your friends, your family, and the world. When you embrace God's love, you share His message and you obey His commandments.
When you accept the Father's grace and share His love, you are blessed here on earth and throughout all eternity.
WE KNOW HOW MUCH GOD LOVES US, AND WE HAVE PUT OUR TRUST IN HIM. GOD IS LOVE, AND ALL WHO LIVE IN LOVE LIVE IN GOD, AND GOD LIVES IN THEM. (1 JOHN 4:16)
Do you seek a life of purpose, abundance, and fulfillment? If so, then form a partnership with God. You are God's work-in-progress. God wants to mold your heart and guide your path, but because He created you as a creature of free will, He will not force you to become His. That choice is yours alone, and it is a choice that should be reflected in every decision you make and every step you take.
Would you like a formula for successful living that never fails? Here it is: Include God in every aspect of your life's journey, including the plans that you make and the steps that you take. But beware: as you make plans for the days and weeks ahead, you may become sidetracked by the demands of life. If you allow the world to establish your priorities, you will eventually become discouraged, disappointed, or both. But if you genuinely seek God's will for every important decision that you make, your loving Heavenly Father will guide your steps and enrich your life.
Today, as you encounter the challenges of everyday life, strengthen your partnership with God through prayer, through obedience, through praise, through thanksgiving, and through service. God is the ultimate partner, and He wants to be your partner in every aspect of your life.
Please don't turn Him down.
LET YOUR LOVE BE SINCERE
HATE WHAT IS EVIL,
LOATHE ALL UNGODLINESS,
TURN IN HORROR FROM WICKEDNESS,
BUT HOLD FAST TO THAT WHICH IS GOOD.
LOVE ONE ANOTHER WITH BROTHERLY AFFECTION,
GIVING PRECEDENCE AND SHOWING HONOR
TO ONE ANOTHER.
ROMANS 12:9-10

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

All of us become disappointed when we have plans that fail, hopes that don't materialize, and goals that are not reached. When this continues for a while, we become discouraged, a condition that can lead to depression if not handled properly.

When you get discouraged, you must make a decision to adapt and adjust, to take a new approach, to just keep going despite your feelings. That's when you must remember the your God resides within you and decide you won't let discouragement keep you from realizing your dreams and goals.

When you feel discouraged it is sometimes difficult to be positive. That's when you must rise above the discouragement through Him who lives in you. He is always available to help you find renewed direction and hope. Whatever may be troubling you, shake it off! God has great things planned for you. The dreams of the future leave no room for road blocks, God promises in His word that He has begun a great work in you, and He will not let you down.

DEUTERONOMY 31:8
The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

I LOVE THOSE WHO LOVE ME,
AND THOSE WHO SEEK ME DILIGENTLY WILL FIND ME.
PROVERBS 8:17
