Life is short and sweet! We live in an alcoholic society, i used to be a part of it, i just grew out of it and the bitterness that toxins leave in your body over time just eat at your soul and cause more problems later. So how do we solve that problem, eat healthy, do yoga every day possible, treat yourself like your own lover!I'm a healer at heart, i rent out my own massage space where i am just starting to teach yoga, i play professional foosball, nothing challenges me more than playing world champions and i get to play 1 at least once a week and God damn is that training! I deejay as an expression of the energy moving through me. I program my yoga classes to progressive trance and think the healing energy of music really magnifies an intense yoga practice. I have a sweet tooth the size of the state of Texas. Pinapple Upsidedown cake from whole foods is definitely worth the $12. I love that shit!
Now that i quit drinkin' and smoking for yoga, i feel like a new man. Getting stronger and more vibrant every day! I dont judge people for what they do to their bodies. However, i dont do afterhour parties! I think anybody who does hard drugs is just on the wrong path, i wont stand for it, we've all gone down the wrong road and been misled before like the Prodigal Son. But God's love will always welcome us home once again when we choose to get back on the righteous path. If you happen to find me on the other side of a foosball table, you better be ready for war, because i dont just have a gameplan for a foosball match. I have a Gameplan for life! Can you smelllllllllll, what Chillaaaaa is cookin'!!!!!!
