Now that I've been here awhile, LA that is, I still like to think I'm the same ol' gal from a small town in Iowa... if anything, I've come to appreciate the qualities of my friends, family, and career. I hold the things that mean the most to me with the utmost respect and as a cherished treasure. I try to take humor in this sometimes unforgiving and harsh city, but still can fall in love with it all over again as I did all those years ago getting off that one-way grey hound bus. I love to make people beautiful in my "job" or create a character to bring the imagination of people come alive. I am a make-up artist, but also someone who loves what they do, loves the people I work with, and loves more then anything that I am doing what I sought out so long ago to do. Seriously people, follow your heart no matter what, not only can you do what your heart calls you to, you can learn a little about yourself in the process...
