Ancient History and civilizations, Philosophy, poetry, throwing events and concerts, music, art, movies, reading, comedy, writing, fine beers (well drinking period), esoteric science, quantum physics (even though I don't quite understand it), learning new things, adult swim, the unknown, I also really like the company of intelligent people. oh yeah and I love the company of a good woman.
....
Living or dead?! Well, Ghandi, God, The devil (oh wait he's been the incarnate of a few ex girlfriends), My future wife and mother of my children although that person I don't really look for. I figure she'll find me when the time is right. I would like to meet Ron Jeremy and ask him how his ugly ass became the most famous figure in adult entertainment. I would like to meet Johnny Depp and thamk him for being a real actor when there are so many people like Keanu Reeves in hollywood making americans look bad (as if our government doesnt do a good enough job at it). Yet most of the people I would like to meet are long gone heres a list: Leonardo Davinci, Walt Whitman, Einstein, Bill Hicks, Chris Farley, William Shakespeare, Ramses the great, Kurt Cobain, Charles Darwin and Saint Thomas Aquinas (at the same time), Bob Ross (happy little trees!), Jammaster Jay, John Lennon, And I guess it would be cool to meet Jim Morrison. Living: Above all Maynard from Tool, Slug from Atmosphere, Outkast, Stephen Hawking, Nelly and Puffy (so I could beat them senseless for ruining Hip-Hop), Saul Williams, Tim Burton, Mos Def, George Bush (so I can beat him senseless for ruining America's credibility), Dane Cook, Eddie Izzard, John Stewart, Kevin Smith, Charlie Kaufman; Kate Hudson, Angelina Jolie, Tori Amos, Drew Barrymore, and Catherine Zeta Jones (all for alone time fantasy purposes).
I like all kinds. Here's a list of my favoriutes that come to mind: Tool, A Perfect Circle, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, The Shins, Mr. Bungle, Portishead, Tori Amos, Counting Crows, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, Miles Davis, Atmosphere, Sage Francis, Outkast, Willie Nelson, Led Zeppelin, System of a Down, Ministry, Pantera, Bjork, Postal Servise, Built to Spill, Death Cab For Cutie, Ani Difranco, Parliment Funkadelic, Bad religion, Circle Jerks, Operation Ivy, Type o Negative, Pink Floyd, Weezer, Ween, NOFX, Cake, The Butthole Surfers, Eric Clapton, The Doors, Brother Ali, Eyedea and Abilities. . .The list goes on and on... I am pretty selective about what I watch on t.v. Heres a small list: Anything on Ancient History or Space (and other educational programs), The Daily Show, The Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, Futurama, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Drawn Together, Sealab 2021, Harvey Birdman, Home Movies, The Oblongs, X-files, Quantum Leap, Mr. Show, SNL, Star Trek The Next Generation, That 70's Show, Drew Carey, Rescue Me, Weeds, Battlestar Galactica, and a few more. I hate reality T.V., I don't like most television drama, but I love stand up comedy.
I've read quite a bit but I don't want to write a book for you listing them all, so I'll list some of my favorites: The Vampire chronicles series by Anne Rice, The Celestine Prophecy and The Tenth Insight, The Da Vinci Code, To Kill A Mockingbird, The Great Masters, The Complete Mythology Encyclopedia, The Outlaw Bible of American Poetry, If Chins Could Kill, Rolling Stones Encyclopedia of Rock and Roll, The Oxford Book of Quotations, The Hobbit, The Lord of The Rings, The 12th Planet, The Queen of Darkness, The History of Art, etc, etc, etc
My biggest heroes are my friends. I have a close tribe of people that I am part of and the all have something special in them, something I admire, especially Josh Joey, Huston, Eric, Adam, Shane, Brian, James, Nate, and Chris. There are allot more and these are people I would jump in front of a bullet for. Those are My true heros. I also have major influences. Here's that list: Leonardo Da Vinci, Bill Hicks, Eddie Izzard, Marc Smith (creator of slam poetry), Maynard James Keenan, Michael Moore, Kevin Smith, my first college teacher Doug Weber (R.I.P.), Sidhartha, Ramses II, Caeser Agustus, Hunter S. Thompson, Mike Mcgee, Jesus (the wandering peaceloving hippie type he was, not what all these simple minded fundamentalists have made him out to be). There are more but it's hard to think of them all on the spot.
