About Me

Well, I always find these things very hard to write. I went to college at IWU wasn't my thing kicked around a couple of POS restaurants and eventaully went to culinary school. Finished recently are got a job at Alinea. I enjoy car racing (doing the driving, not watching people turn lefts for 5 hours.) I play poker, not as often or as well as I would like to these days. I try and find as much time as I can to spend with my wonderful girlfriend.
