Music:

60's, 70's rock/folk
80's, 90's alternative
and these days in the dreck of the music industry in the new millenium, I just search for good stuff which is generally the musicians that have not yet been "discovered" so the producers can suck the life out of them.
I also enjoy the classic standards (Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, etc), classical music and some show tunes.

I have pretty eclectic taste...

Movies:

Shakespeare in Love, cheesy chick flicks, John Hughes 80's movies...I am terribly behind on movies since the birth of my son 5 years ago. I hope to someday get caught up again....

Television:

Guilty Pleasure: Gilmore Girls
Otherwise: Project Runway, Design Star, Today Show, Daily Show with Jon Stewart, What Not To Wear, the original CSI, Nova and pretty much anything that has any sort of design element to it.
