About Me

“I can easily hear [I Heart New Wave] being played on the radio and MTV. There are a lot of bands in the oversaturated pop rock genre and I truly believe this one of the better ones.” - Chicago’s Rock Magazine, 12/19/06 “[I Heart New Wave] is very good. A pleasure!” -Louis Oulon (CNN’s 2004 “African Reporter of the Year”), RTB, Burkina Faso, 6/6/07The Blissters were formed in the Summer of '04 when former bandmates and current Spice Girls obsessives Arnold and Erica (ex The Envoys) reunited to record an EP for Arnold's project Combination F. The recording went super swell, so the kids decided to stick together and form a brand new band. Scott (ex of NYC's The Letdowns) joined up after a brief drummer search and the hot new bassist Johnny D completes the group, and all is well with the world. The Blissters music soothes the soul but shakes the naughty areas, combining melodic harmonies, upbeat tunes, and high energy live performances. With Erica's sexy voice, Arnold's catchy riffs, Johnny's tight bass lines, and Scotties spastic drumfills, The Blissters want you to sing-a-long and enjoy the music. Hope you do!THE BLISSTERS NEW EP "I LOVE NEW WAVE" NOW AVAILABLE!!! 5 NEW TRACKS including: Just Like You '82 Take Me Where The Music's Loud Overdrive Board Game Night (The Country Song) BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO GET YOUR COPY...a brilliant digipak. $5Also available: THE BLISSTERS first full length album "PLAY THAT BACK AGAIN" 10 tracks recorded Summer 2006 including fan favorites "When Ashlee Came" and "Shoo Be Doo". $10I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
