| View | Add Favorite The Kevin Ellis Benefit show. Billy, Kevin, Gil & John .Blue Hail is a San Francisco Bay Area metal band that began writing songs for their self-titled debut album in 2002. Originally Blue Hail was formed as a power trio with Gil Major on bass and vocals, John Goodwin on guitar and Scott Bergevin (a.k.a. Scotty B) on drums. Billy Nichols had joined ranks with the band to give the music additional dynamic and power in 2005.
