Ned Da'Wino

WHO...WHAT....WHY...Ned The Wino....I'm a product of the 70's..between that decade and the 60's is where the greatest music, television, movies(non-special effects), style, etc.. took place. Now whether it's a movie, book, song, actual encounter..we all can relate to a certain character, a certain vibe, a certain feeling...and that is where Ned comes from. Ned was a character on one of the greatest shows ever created "Good Times" his character did not speak, the only image you got of Ned was the painting...where at first glance some may have said he resembled a Black Jesus that brought luck and joy..when in reality he was the neighborhood Wino...what does this mean? I believe we all are comprised of good and evil...some consist of mostly good with a little evil side to them..and some may be evil and have a good side that comes out from time 2 time...it's a balance..the best symbol that represents this is the YinYang symbol (stare at it, it will make sense).So that's Ned The Wino in my eyes...a character containing both good and evil...where mostly the good shines through...his music, motives, and actions...but from time to time that Muskatale gets the better of him and watch out!!! So enjoy the tunes, learn, listen, observe...but never judge.
