Rickydread, Producer, arranger, keyboard player.RickyDread was born in Montego Bay Jamaica.One of 8 children, he grew up in an entirely musical family. His single mother Yvonne worked hard and loved hard and gave them all she could. Using the local school and friend house for rehearsal space, Rickydread, his brothers BassWayne and Mikey Guits.along with Howard Saxy Massom and Mark Steel, formed the Teen Titans.Also in and out of the band at various time were friends Alfanso and Benji Meyers, Paul Caustic and Paul Barett. da band de was a killa, I an I a tell you mon. Im influenced by all kind of music mon. I remember back in the days when I was a little boy, my family live ina the ghetto. Soulfaith, Egbert and my family yard were just separated by a fence. To make along story, Soulfaith and Egbert is two big time music lovers. both of them had massive sound system. So from the time I was a baby till late teen, those two music lovers would play their music all day and some crazy hours of the night too. I remember playing in Indika band in Negril, Jamaica, and we played for all the major acts in Jamaica. There was one specific time we were rehearsing with the group Culture. The song that we were playing, I knew from my dreams. Every one else had to spend the time to listening to the tracks. Thank you Soulfaith and egbert. Now a days I still bring those memories into the studio with me, always making killa track. Right now Rickydread is the musical director for a Reggae Band call Bonafide. Look out for us. We just finished our 2nd CD call ReggaeTime. The album features Luciano, lexus, Fiji and kerk its a killa CD.
