The best part is you can be in anywhere in the world and still have access to the programs.
The specialty programs are proven workouts that we've designed and implemented over and over with different clients.
The Pre Made Workouts include: A 4 week day by day design with pictures and detailed descriptions for each workout. You will be told exactly what to do and how to go about achieving your goals.

4 Week FAT BURNING FURNACE
This is a cut and dry full force fat burning program. The focus of the program is to drop fat while maintaining muscle and tone. Recommended for those that already have muscle tone and are looking to drop the last 4-5 lbs.
What Every Girl Wants
This is one of our most popular programs with female clients. Its a even mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio. The goal of the program is to accenuate the curves of the female body. If you want your waist to look smaller and your butt to look firm then this is the program for you. Think Britney Spears before KFED.
The Firm Belly Plan
Do you want to melt the fat off your waistline? This intense Core/AB workout is specifically designed to burn the fat off your belly and give you the tone you've always wanted.
The Hard Rock Pool Workout
Going to VEGAS? How about on SPRING BREAK? Well if you want to look good in a bikini it really doesn't matter where your going. What matters is that you look good when you get there. This is a plan for those that no longer want to where shorts or skirts with their bikini. THE MUST HAVE SPRING BREAK/VACATION PROGRAM!!
3 Week EMERGENCY Plan
Have a suprise wedding in 3 weeks? Did the spring weather catch you off guard? Or have you just been really really lazy? This is what we have affectionately titled the SLACKER PROGRAM. It is for those who have realized at the last minute that they absolutely have to be in shape(or at least appear to be) in the next 3 weeks. This a ridiculously intense emergency plan that will have you looking great in the shortest amount of time possible.

We take the guess work out of your program by coming right to your home or office at your convienence. There is no need for you to have equipment or buy a gym membership. We will bring all of the supplies to you. The only thing you need is a small open area and a desire to work hard!!
