About Me

Born in Lansdale PA. (philly) My father was a Vietnam Vet who committed suicide when i was almost four. Our brother Kenny died of SIDS days later. Mom went crazy. I raised five siblings while she worked for nothing. I was given a guitar on my 10Th birthday by my uncle. At 12 after seeing Pete Townsend, Jimi Hendrix, and Gene Simmons on the TV, I decided smashing the guitar is awesome. At 18 years my interest in playing guitars grew. In my twenties i was in several cover bands with people like Dr Gumby formerly of WardFive , Bill from The Suicide Pact Chris Grohl from JEKYLLS HYDE Forming DRFuzzy with them, Look through my videos at some of the gigs i have done with them, and most recently as lead guitarist in 13South Helping guide musicians like Sean to record great albums like Slouch’s Why Bother . and was getting my guitar signed by Dimebag , John Corabi , and Ian Cross. At 29 i took a break. No more rock and roll. I raised my daughter will all my spare time. My 30Th Birthday was better than usual. My brothers and sister made it down to give me a surprise Birthday, and it was. One gift, A wireless phone rang the next day after charging all night. I was playing my guitar and the cord left me one foot short of reaching the wireless phone. I said to myself the guitar should be wireless. But i hate those packs and messing with the battery. I got to thinking(first mistake) wireless rechargeable guitar, I better apply for a patent. Then i set up wirelessguitar.com, And talked to all the guitar manufacturers. Even meeting Scotty Bevilacqua and discussing it with him. I got resounding NO, From Gibson, PRS, Ibanez, Fender, Shure, Sam Ash, Musicians Friend, and 93 others. I have to say that PRS responded in a week where others took several mails to get to. I had worked for Ibanez Guitars at one point in my life and had asked them to look at my idea. They told me they had a wirelessguitar once and that i didnt sell. I had never heard of or seen it, and asked if i could. They didnt. I said was it rechargeable in a stand? No was what they said. After seven years of Autocad, HTML, Patent law , FreeBSD UNIX , Linux , Windows , Framing houses , Guitar electronics and doors slamming closed on me. I decided to go back to just playing guitar. And sold wirelessguitar.com, joined 13south Sometimes playing with two bands in one evening.
