Hello Myspace, I have not been here in awhile if you can't tell by my profile. Thats because I hear so much negative talk about myspace, but the way I figure it is if you don't bring any drama you won't get any so if thats what you are about you should exit this page right now.........Okay now that we got them out the way let me tell you about me. I was born and raised in Detroit, although I lived in Colorado Springs for a couple of years. Now I am back in the "D", and there is no place like home. I have no children and I live alone. Currently I am back in school, I should have been finished but better late than never. I am a very active member of my church, and I was recently appointed the Vice-President of the Youth Department. I enjoy children when they belong to someone else. There is not much more to say except I Love the Lord and I won't let anyone or anything separate me from him. I am here just looking to meet new people, or maybe even connect back with people I have not seen in years. So if you feel that we can connect on the same level then contact me. GOD BLESS!!

Music:

Gospel music would have to be my favorite type of music if i had to choose. It just does somethng for the soul, it is very incouraging to me. I enjoy some R&B and Hip Hop it depends on the song and what it is about. Gangsta rap does nothing for me at all i just dont see the purpose of it but to each its own.

Movies:

Movies that i enjoy are dramas, comedies, and love stories. The whole scary movie thing is okay, but its not on my list of top things to go and see. Action film are great as well.

Television:

For the most part I don't watch very much television, but it I had to choose a favorite channel it would be Lifetime.

Books:

I love to read. The number one book in my life would have to be the BIBLE. I enjoy reading dramas written by black authors such as, Sister Souldier, Omar Tyree, La Jill Hunt, and Terry McMillian. I also enjoy spritiual books by authurs such as T. D. Jakes, and Iyanla Vanzett...

Heroes:

My #1 Hero would have to be Jesus Christ, simply because he saved me!! My #1 Sheroe is my Mother for sure. She raised me to be the Independent, Strong Black Woman that I am!!
