Harmful if Swallowed was formed in early 1991 in Northridge Ca, as a three piece punk band. It was then joined in 1992 by Brandon Cruz of Dr. Know fame. Brandon was Harmful if Swallowed's front man for three year's. In 1995 the band parted ways with Brandon and Harmful if Swallowed has hence forth remained a three peice punk band, consisting of its Original members: Greg Martin - Guitar / Vocals , Josh Loren - Drum's , Carlos Nieto III - Bass Guitar / Backing vocals. Over the years H.I.S has had the great pleasure of recording with such legendary artist as Mickey Dolenz of the
"Monkeys" and the late Harry Nilsson. Harmful if Swallowed has played with the like's of : Bad Religion , Face to Face , Green Day.....Ahh the hell with it they start with A and end with Z far to many to remember..... " H.I.S " has appeared on : "KXLU'S Noyz Polution" , "KROQ's Love Line" & "KDOC's Love Channel w/ Poorman". Harmful if Swallowed is also on several compilations : including " Eddie is a Punk " (Taang Records) & " Help Us Now " (T4 Records) And is now currently featured on KROQ as well as many MTV Syndicated programs...
