Being me is a full-time job...and I've never missed a day.

About Me

American by birth, Irish by the grace of God, Jewish on a technicality, and a wrestling fan by choice.

My Interests

Food...cooking it, eating it, critiquing it, fun stuff like that.

I'd like to meet:

Somebody famous. Doesn't matter who they are or what they're famous for, the rush is still the same. Like this one time, I stood not ten feet away from Mr. Bill Murray in the lobby of the Johnson & Wales Inn in Seekonk, Mass...I've also made Caesar Salad for former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue and carved beef tenderloin for David Boreanaz.

Music:

I made this MySpace Music Player at MyFlashFetish .com.

Movies:

My top 10 movies, in no particular order, would have to be Dogma, Clerks, the Count of Monte Cristo (w/ Jim Caviezel), The Producers (original, non-musical version...although the musical was good too), The Blues Brothers, Animal House, X-Men, Walking Tall (w/ the Rock), Blazing Saddles, and Stripes. Around the holidays, I enjoy Scrooged, the Grinch, and the Hebrew Hammer.

Television:

I don't get to watch much TV, but when I can, it's usually NCIS, My Name is Earl, Scrubs, or WWE programming. The newest show I'm grooving on is Burn Notice. I'm also quite fond of the Holy Trinity of Adult Cartoons: South Park, Family Guy, and the Simpsons. In addition, I'm also on an eternal quest to find Saturday morning cartoons that don't suck. No luck lately, aside from Power Rangers (I've been watching for 15 years, and don't intend to stop now).

Books:

Not really much of a leisure reader. I enjoy the works of Mick Foley, Dennis Miller, and RD Reynolds.

Heroes:

Curtis, the night shift shuttle bus driver at SEPTA's Cornwells Heights train station.

My Blog

My take on the Chris Benoit situation.

As I write this, the press conference on the deaths of Chris, Nancy, and Daniel Benoit is beginning. Chris Benoit was one of, if not the best technical wrestler I've ever had the opportunity to witnes...

Yet another ossifed Song of the...um...Week.

Yep.  Inebriated.  Ossifed.  Y'know how you can tell?  Because I'm using big words.  Like "Inebriated,"  It's a futile effort to make myself appear less...um...inebriated...

Gotta...eat 'em all?

I saw somewhere that the kiddie-zombifying, seizure-inducing Japanese phenomenon known as Pokemon was celebrating its 10th anniversary. I never got into it, but up until now, I could never quite figur...

Allow me to share my newest obsession...

Well, as some of you might know, I collect Jakks Pacific WWE action figures.  And I've been known to purchase the occasional Transformer.  Well, now, I've started a new collection...From the...

Forgive me Father, for I have sinned...it's been 4 weeks since my last blog...

Well, this evening, WWE Diva Trish Stratus won her seventh WWE Women's Championship in her final match before retiring at the ripe old age of 31.  Therefore, tonight's Song of the Week is dedicat...

A VERY late song of the week...because I am thoroughly inebriated,

Here it is...a lovely little tune called "God's Own Drunk."  I can't remember who the original artist was...probably because I'm drunk...but I do remember that Jimmy Buffett perfotmed it at one p...

Song of the week number 12...dude.

This week, for a grand total of about two and a half days, the Garden State of New Jersey shut down as a result of a budget dispute.  This shameless act of greed by all parties involved inspired ...

Song of the week. Number 9? Number 9? Number 9? Oh yeah, 10 too.

Did I miss last week's song?  Yes, yes I did.  Last Sunday, Technical difficulties prevented me from posting it.  And after that...well, I just forgot.  But in honor of Father's Da...

In honor of Rob Van Dam winning the WWE/ECW Championship less than half an hour ago, this week's song is his entrance theme, "One of a Kind" by Breaking Point. I've got this feeling deep insideBut&nbs...
