About Me

Dino started is acting career at the age of twenty two. He did not take his career seriously until 2004, when he landed on the movie Glory Road as John Anderson and worked as an additional production assistant. Dino's first TV time came by way of Mama Flora's Family where he was casted as Willie's friend (Willie played by Blair Underwood). Then he moved on to Scream 2 as a college student.David Dino Wells Jr. Known to others as "Dino", born in Chicago, Illinois his mother is Gwen Anderson and father David Wells Sr.; David Sr. served in the United States Marine and Fought in Vietnam while his mother is a high school and college graduate. Dino is a screenwriter and future director with four kids which he fights daily to be in their life.Dino did a short stint in the United States Army National Guard & Reserves.He took a few years off to weather the storms in his life and refine his skills by taking a few actors workshops and training courses, write scripts.He decides to get back into the acting world, where he landed a feature role on CBS's Mama Floras Family, and then on as a college student in Kevin Williamsons' Scream 2 directed by Wes Craven.Dino landed a featured role on Disney's Glory Road as John Anderson, also PA (Production Assistant) on a few other feature films. He soon nails a stellar job on FOX's hit television series Prison Break as Turner/Trumpets thug, Stand-in & production Assistant, working the entire season one.After Prison Break, he began to break into the behind the scenes again as a production assistant on several other films. Dino continues to work hard through all of the continuing adversity that a person can endure during the road to the top.Dino is driven by the desire to fill what voids that he has in his life and be an inspiration to the upcoming aspiring artist. He is determined to have his visions seen and his voice heard.He moved to Los Angeles in August 2007 to SKID ROW where he lived and struggled for five and a half months, saving up hard earned money throughout the writersâ€™ strike and moved to North Hollywood where he resides today. He's struggling to pay his rent, keep food in his belly and gain respect from his children mothers. With eviction coming near and hungry of success mounting, he gained his opening in the film business in L.A. by working on MTV's NEXT as a P.A., then Fast and the Furious 4. After networking on those shows, he jumped back into the TV world on a few shows. Heâ€™s now writing and or completed a few awesome scripts, still with the dreams of becoming an award winning director & screenwriter.
