Talented Multi-Percussionist/Composer Arturo Stable was born in Santiago de Cuba. At the early age of four, he started to study piano and music theory with different private teachers. He obtained his first music degree as a Percussionist at the national Conservatory Amadeo Roldan, in Havana, Cuba and years later he will obtain a second degree from The Berklee College of Music, this time in Contemporary Writing and Production.
Arturo has share the stage with artists such as Dave Samuels, Paquito D Rivera, The Caribbean Jazz Project, David Sanchez, Victor Mendoza, Toni Perez, Oscar Cartalla, Giovanni Hidalgo, Horacio Hernandez, Jane Bunnett, Juan Serrano, George Garzone, Hector Martignon, Edmar Castaneda, Aaron Parks, Leonel Loueke, Lincoln Goines, the Philadelphia Symphony with Peter Nero, among others.
Mr. Stable is a LP endorser and he has an extensive experience as a Clinician. He constantly collaborates with different universities in the USA, Europe and South America. Arturo is a member of the International Association for Jazz Education (IAJE), the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, (NARAS), and the American Society for Composers and Publishers (ASCAP).
