Argentinean born, Californian by adoption, Jose Gentile was first a recording artist, later a radio maker and finally a music producer. Based in L.A. he is a freelance music producer-engineer experienced in music and post-production.
His talents include conceptual production, songwriting, arranging and musicprogramming as well as recording, mixing and mastering. He has worked for prestigious post houses, recording studios and award winning artists. He is an experienced producer/mixer specially in genres as Rock, Pop, R&R, Hip-Hop and Latin as well as he has collaborated in several projects in other music styles as Country, World and Jazz.
Jose Gentile is also a Berklee College of Music Suma Cum Laude alumnus (Music Production & Engineering major) and a Berklee Multicultural Achievement Award receipient for Outstanding Musicianship (2004).
Jose is best known as producer of Latin superstar Chayanne's 2007 album "Mi Tiempo" (42 Billboard 200 and 2 on Billboard Top Latin Albums) including the single "Si nos quedara poco tiempo" (1 Billboard Hot Latin Songs and Billboard Latin Airplay).
