Among other things I LOVE outdoors/fishing, boating, health and fitness, animals, museums and cultural events, drinking wine, music and food. I do not have any children or jealous exes with axes. I consider myself to be the most easy going man you could meet while having strong opinions and setting goals and direction with succession. Sometimes I can even be stubborn. But I respect others opinions and individualism. You MUST know how to agree to disagree if you want to hang with me.

I'd like to meet:

I don't dwell on common interests when meeting new people. People change and when interests change, common interests change. If common interests are solely used to justify a relationship then when common interests change the relationship falls apart. I appreciate individuality, a unique point of view and motivation in someone that I meet. I like meeting people who like meeting dorks. But not just any dorks, accomplished dorks. :-)

A society that celebrates differences as well as commonalities would be splendid. Most societies, including ours, cant even tolerate differences much less celebrate them. Historically and presently people are so nice to one another. *laugh*

I like allmost any kind of movie except hip hop ones. To name a few that I like: Final countdown, Labyrinth, Never Ending Story, The Goonies, Airplane, Splash, Message in a Bottle, Top Gun, Tora Tora Tora, Hunt for Red October, Superman 1,2,3 and 4, Nightmare on Elm street 3 and 5, The Green Mile, E.T. and Titanic.

Television:

I dont watch much T.V. Its usually either CNN, the history channel or comedy central. Boston Legal and Desperate housewives I watch every week. Reality T.V. is the worst ever.

Heroes:

The men and women of our armed forces past and present. Also, police men AND women, fire fighters and all first line responders who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.
