enc0der, formed in the summer of 2001, is a mixture of goth, industrial, ebm and synth pop, who are currently working on their first full length CD to be released soon. Their debut performance at King's barcade of Raleigh, NC also coincided with their first EP release, containing four songs; Change, The Outsider, Darkness and Get Over.
Using a mixture of hardware, software and traditional instruments, enc0der is able to capture a diversity in tone with the intensity of poignant lyrics.
Looking forward, the sound of enc0der has certainly evolved over time, with The Sun being one of the most recently recorded songs. The sound of the band has shifted a bit away from its original industrial/goth edge to a more ebm electro-industrial focused tone. As enc0der does plan to begin playing out more after the CD is completed, those who've heard them before will notice a significant difference in their newer material.
Most importantly, I'd like to thank everyone who has supported enc0der over the years, and continues to be there as the future comes forward.
