We are Richmond Virginia's very own all quad skate flat track female roller derby league...We are currently recruiting new skaters! We also need male and female referees to enroll in our ref training program and more trainers are needed!We practice Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7-10pm at Skateland on Hull St. with our fabulous coach, Diane DeFight.All you need to bring is a positive attitude! The cost to skate with us is $5 per session, with a $3 skate rental fee if needed. Don't worry if you haven't skated in awhile, we are here to help you get up to speed with the rest of the league!Women that are interested in joining should later be able to devote two times a week for practice, and be able to purchase skates . You could get hurt! YOU WILL HAVE FUN.Dominion in Carytown is a great place to get gear. If you are planning on trying out for our league, you must have appropriate safety gear which includes wristguards, elbow pads, knee pads, a mouth guard and helmet. For your first practices we do have extra equipment for new skaters, so come early to get geared up.
