Ruin The Ending, a melodic hardcore band formed in Southern California in 2004. Their presence has quickly become difficult to ignore, crafting a fierce reputation through “Do-It-Yourself†ethics and heart-stopping live performances. Every show is a one of a kind experience, their sound being described as “more of an entity than a collection of people, starting, stopping and exploding into screams in perfect unison.â€
Ruin The Ending fuses together hardcore, metal and rock styling to form raw, experienced talent and sound. In terms of comparison, Ruin The Ending is in the vein of The Refused, Give Up The Ghost, Every Time I Die, Glassjaw and Thursday.
In January 2005, they released their first six-song EP titled “Last Letter†which was recorded by Francis Miranda (Icarus Line). In 2005, after a drummer change, they spent the year writing all new material. Recored a new ep, which is to be released in 2006. The new ep is more focused, more straightforward, with new 6 songs.
