On a cold winter's night in 2004 shortly after boxing day, I was kidnapped while stepping outside my house. A black cloth bag was placed over my head and I was thrown into a vehicle. The next thing I remember, I awoke on a concrete floor in my boxers, a wife beater and sneakers as water was being thrown on me. I covered my face from the suprise, but as I took my hands down I noticed that my captors were all standing around me. These were like no people I had ever seen before, in fact, they were not people at all. They were robots.
I spent 3 years locked in a place where I didn't even know if I was on the same planet, being subjected to horrible experiments and awkward robotic small-talk. They made it clear they had abducted me in order to profit from my music abilities and they ordered me to write and record songs only using pieces of lead, sheets of kleenex, 2 spoons and a lo-fi samsung karaoke machine (in an obvious attempt to cut on the album budgets). I spent those years writing my soul on kleenex and only being able to squeeze out the worst quality of sounds. Although I was able to sell a few beats to Yung Joc, the money was intercepted by the robots. One day, I woke up from a dream about the hip-hop I had always loved, the hip-hop that boomed and bapped, the hip-hop that was honest and original, and decided my life would not be run by robots that kidnapped me for what they thought talent was and should be. I waited that day until every robot had sat down at the dinner table and I took my revenge...
As I left my prison, I stepped outside not knowing what kind of world I would find. I noticed very quickly I was on Woburn Av. excatly 2 blocks away from my house. I ran back home and the first thing I noticed was that my bedroom light was on.. I kicked in the door and ran upstairs to find an exact replica robot clone of myself trying to make wack ass beats. I slapped the back of his head and hit him with the fan I had left on my desk 4 years previously (even in the winter {I really don't know why, I feel like it makes my desk seem more whole}), to which his head burst open revealing wires, transmitters, LEDs, and other intergalactic machinery. I took no chances and severed his robotic limbs and hid them in my sister's room (for which we have no use for now {studio, my ass..}) camoflauged amongst daily household items. Just then my mother walked in and informed me it was dinner. I was so shocked to see her, but she had no idea I had been abducted by evil robotic replica clones from Woburn who were out to steal my music so they could sell it online on the apple website for small change. Regardless, it was good to be back. These songs are all I have to show now.
