From a town where very little happens, somewhere in the depths of East Yorkshire. Blaze grew up in a home filled with classical music, but the day his sisters Salt & Pepa tape found its way into his hands his tastes began to take shape.
By his teens he was an avid skater, surrounded by Hip Hop, Drum & Bass, Reggae and all things phat. Taking these influences and fuelled by his love for Hip Hop, the sound and persona of Mikey Blaze was born!!!!!
With his phat beat style, he has rocked the spot at a variety of nights on the local urban scene and has produced a couple of mixtapes, with the next chapter “Heavyweight Drama†about to hit the streets on 7 Deadly Spinz Radio.
