Hi, I'm Emma and this is my music. I'm a singer/writer based in Sheffield, UK.My latest track is 'I want more sax'This was written by Sheffield's finest export ...Mr Steve Edwards and Jody Jenkins. Vocals are by me and Arianne.The Track 'Higher' was written for an album project in Norway. Currently it is available on a charity album in Norway only...more details to follow.The other two tracks were written and recorded in Derbyshire with Miles Benedict producing and programming. Writers and players are me, Russ Dennett(ex human league) George Hutchison (Bjorn Again) and Frank Musker(writer of 'too much love will kill you-Queen)Singing and writing is my life. No proper job 4 me! well, not yet haha!!!I also do the occasional jingle/ad for radio and ringtones for mobile phones and kiddies nursery rhyme cd's(very funny, but I'm not putting them on here)!Happy listening! xx

Influences: My fave's are Prince, Sheryl Crow, Dixie Chicks, Don Henley, The Carpenters, Rickie Lee Jones, Carole King, Steely Dan, Stevie Wonder, Counting Crows, Lisa Loeb, Donna Lewis, Alisha'a attic, Sting, Maroon 5, Bryan Adams, The Human League, Howard Jones, Loads and loads more, too many to list. My cd collection is huge....just discovered all my old vinyl in the loft too....uh oh I've spent a fortune on dodgy records over the years!
Sounds Like: Well I do quite a bit of soundalike work for record companies and karaoke discs. I can sound like allsorts of people for a price......Been likened to Sheryl Crow and Rickie Lee Jones, But also to Kylie and Rachel Stevens. I could go on but I'll try not to embarrass myself too much.....got my street cred to think of (shit too late) If you really want to hear what I sound like you could always buy a CD. They're only a fiver and all my own tunes are on it. hee hee hee x
