1Foundation SoundStation , is the vehicle behind the musical metamorphosis of Ras Stefano (Roots) , formerly of the Mighty Levites , reggae rockers based in Akron, OH. Call it a Chapter 2 of sorts in a book that I hope will speak volumes. Where there is a means there is Jah Almighty and He blessed Roots with gifts that kept him moving forward on his musical mission: a humble home studio (1Foundation SoundStation) , creative digital sequencing, a bass, and a vision of music as a ministry of compassion and overstanding that never wanes. At the heart of the 1Foundation is humility: the message is in the music so I'll let it speak for itself. Feelin' it ... drop Ras a comment.
Aside from the 1Foundation , Roots is the rotating bass player in the freshest, homegrown reggae band taking root in Northeast Ohio: Umojah Nation !.
