There's nothing wrong with America that can't be fixed by what's right with America -President Clint

I just discovered that photobucket has slide shows...sad to say it but procrastination is about to reach record levels:

Good people for good times...

Um, Santa...I'd like a Galaxy Class starship for Christmas, if at all possible...

As for cooking, this past summer I rediscovered cilantro and together with scallions, have been able to do some interesting things, expecially w/ fatty fishes (like salmon) which I previously didn't enjoy.
I've also been working a lot w/ veggies, attempting to limit my carnivorous intake to three days a week while not losing any weight. I'm not fairing so well in this one, as, like most men, I crave the flesh.
If you haven't already tried it, get your hands on some mini-rigatoni. It's the perfect bite-sized/fork friendly noodle.Last night I perfected Oxtails. Perfected.
Miso + tuna puts me in a good mood. Same goes for guava cheese. And pine tarts.
I could go on but I'm making my own mouth water
