Lonnie" Tha 1 " Motley play’s BASS , GUITAR , DRUM’s, KEY’s and musical composition’s for distribution of CD and DVD. he also work’s with many well known artist such as { GEORGE CLINTON } & THE P FUNK ALL STAR’S , ( KID ROCK and {TWISTED BROWN TRUCKER} and is the original Bassist that help form and tour with from the begining 1994 to 97 which brought the group to a record deal with ATLANTIC / LAVA REC. which KID ROCK state’s -" Well " Lonnie it all started from him.......etc. and he has also toured on BASS with the beautiful ( CHAKA KAHN ) , THE BOBBY MURRAY BAND guitarist of the LEGENDARY ETTA JAMES , OUEEN OF FUNK MALIA , FRANKLIN / of PARLETS , the rock band THE IMPLANTS , home grown group ROBRERT NOLL & THE MISSION , the rock band BRADFORD YOUTH GANG , KIRTIS BLOW, DAVID RUFFIN , ROBERT NOLL, MICHEAL CLIP PAYNE - 420 FUNK MOB , ENEMY SQUAD , ONXYZ , ALETA KIM , THE PURLE GANG , and has shared the stage with the like’s of LIVING COLOR , STEWERT COPELAND , SHEILA .E , LOS LOBOS. KEB MO just to mention a few of his favored’s . Growing up in DETROIT and around MOTOWN’S HITSVILLE SNAKE PITT STUDIO and all the musicians that flurished the music scene in the 60’s is the driving force that inspired him to play music , Thank’s to his Mom who sing’s JAZZ she exposed him to takeing him every where she whent in those day ’s. also through the 70’s he was bless to sit up under George Clinton and raised by OG member’s of ( FUNKADELIC ) and members of the WORLD FAMOUS ( FUNK BROTHERS ) inspired by the bassist of the MOTOWN sound ( JAMES , JAMMERSON ) first because of the record Beradette, and then HENDRIX and the ROCK & ROLL of DETROIT ROCKCITY, through out the 70’s cultivated in the JAZZROCK era , and the funk of LARRY GRAHM & GRAMH CENTRAL STATION / RTF - STANKLEY CLARKE / JACO most recently in the past year he’s played bass for RICK JAMES , Orginal STONE CITY BAND....., well there’s a long story yet to be told of the crossroad’s and travel’s of Lonnie " Tha 1 " Motley and with the condition music is in today , he stand’s out among many and it will be told soon just remember he’s last of the real one’s he’s the real deal not the dildo. just!!!
