Damn...I like a lot of stuff...some of my alltime favorites are...(and don't laugh)...in no particular order...Moulin Rouge, West Side Story...(I Like Musicals) Bram Stokers Dracula (The Genius of Gary Oldman & Francis Ford Coppola) Within Our Gates (Oscar Micheaux bought tears to my eyes) The Empire Strikes Back (I really cried in the movie theatre when I thought Han Solo was dead...he was only temporarily frozen...Thank Goodness!) The Shining (Ole' Jack Nicholson reminds me of myself when his writing is interupted) Full Metal Jacket ("Me Love You Long time") Do The Right Thing (I worked as an extra on the set...Had the privelage of hanging out with the Late, Great Robin Harris, Samuel L. Jackson, Martin Lawrence, Rosie Perez, plus I'm in it @ the end :) Citizen Kane (Rose Buds...you fools!!!) The Green Pastures (Ya'll need to see that for yourselves...Google it)... I didn't even get into my Foreign Film Favorites...Holla!!!
I don't watch too much tele...I'm a sports addict so I stay on ESPN...Unfortunately, my two favorite sports teams are the Jets & Knicks, uggghhhh!!!...HBO of course the shows Curb Your Enthusiam (Although this past season was GARBAGE!!!), Extras is funny, I stopped watching Sex & The City after the 2nd season when all the "Bandwagoneers" jump on the jizock...and now I'm kinda into Sleeper Cell on Showtime...
Well, right now I'm in a Hip-Hop mode...I just finished "Raising Hell" the Autobiography of Run D.M.C...now I'm reading my signed copy of "The Life Death & After Life of The Notorious B.I.G"...But I've read numerous other books...mainly Autobiographies of people I either admired or was just plain'ole interested in...HOLLA!!!
