What up world! I'm from H-Town, the next R&B/Hip Hop female in the game. I'm a music/entertainment geek and a very loving woman. I love being around positive people, good energy, having a good time and overall, just being comfortable in my environment is so important. I love anything that has to do with words and writing. I'm expressive so, whether its songs, short stories, scripts, books, press releases, pr campaigns, proposals and even editing papers, (Holla at your girl, thats my side hustle:)
What woman doesn't love to shop? I love shopping! My favorite are shoes and clutch bags/purses. I am a homebody, so I really can enjoy watching a good movie, cuddling, and eating cookies and ice cream or my favorite, caramel and apple slices with my KING!
Other than that, God is #1 and family is #2. I cherish my friendships.
Now I have my own business as a songwriter and I am a recording artist. I have written for Whitney Houston (Whatchulookinat), Dream (Bad Boy Ent), and I am featured on Chamillionaire's (The Sound of Revenge,#14), and Lil J Xavier, my lil brother, who's about to release his album at the end of the year. I also have a co-publishing deal with the "number one publishing company in the world", EMI Music Publishing (What it do Errol & Big Jon)!Check us out at www.emimusicpub.com. In addition, I arrange music, vocals and do minor engineering in studio sessions. By God's grace, I feel that I am very talented, driven, and destined for success. Music is my love!!!!! So, I'm only on here to network with other people who have similar interests. (and to keep in touch with my people:)
I know my purpose in life and I try to make sure to surround myself with people headed in the right direction! I've been through some things (who hasn't?), but I want to use my experiences as a testimony to help others. People can be really mean and hurtful in the industry and in life too. But I've learned that they usually are intimidated & jealous of you when they see you are anointed with a gift, or "something special". They will try to manipulate you to make you feel inferior only because they lack direction, discipline, and a passion for who they are and what they want in life. Stay away from these people. If you know God, you will be able to discern who is really in your corner.
Remember: You can't go wrong doing the right thing, and that's serving the Lord.
