The first part of the workout is warm up and aerobic exercise. Gym gear is appropriate. Something comfortable that you would normally workout in with comfortable shoes.The second part of the workout will be using the poles and for this you will need to wear shorts as you need your bare legs to grip. High heels are optional for this part of the workout. If you're used to wearing them bring them.::nervous? dont be!::
