Bled the Dog was formed in the summer of 2005 by bassist Sean Glines and guitarist Chris Atkinson. Originally a side project of the two, they decided to form a full band. It was then that they recruited Victor Morales as the drummer. With a variety of influences, ranging from salsa to hip hop, Vic brought a style to the band that was unlike anything they had heard. These three jammed with a few different people until finally adding a full time vocalist, Derek Mecke, to the lineup. With this solid core, the dudes decided to start recording real songs that meant something to them, and somehow reflected all their styles of music. Look for Bled the Dog to play shows soon, in a city near you.
