HearTalent CO-Founder, John Lulgjuraj was born in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, the youngest of two (Tony, his eldest brother). Growing up in a goal-oriented, hardworking, Eastern-European family, John learned the value of “work†by helping his mother, Marina, and his father, George, run their family businesses. With both his parents in the Food and Bar Industry, John managed to assist them while attending school and playing sports. Soccer, which he gives most credit to for making him the man he is today, not just came natural to John, but it was the sport he grew and raised to love.
At age 20, John continued to exercise both his athletic ability and customer service skills by coaching a soccer league, and opening up a restaurant of his own in West Virginia. Successfully, he managed to keep the business running for 8 months, until he decided to sell it and move on to other plans, like HearTalent Records, which was his main priority. Soon after, John teamed up with his partner, singer Mark Nikollaj (aj), and opened up the record label on March 27, 2007.
