My name is Jimmy Steel, and that is how I sign my checks. I am the General Manager/ Co Owner Of Alibis Sports and Spirits Inc and the co founder of STEEL JOHNSON INC. Just recently, my partner, Nick and I bought another bar and it is called SoHo Lounge. Tonic is our newest addition to our bar family. It is located at Babcock and Eckert, across form the Drinkery.
I have been in the bar business for 16 years and I absolutly love it. I love all sports indoors and outdoors. I enjoy going off-roading in my Jeep when I am not working. I like girls who are not afraid of the outdoors, or riding in a monster Jeep. Then I was hit by a drunk driver and it got totalled. At least the guy is going to prison for it!!
I have lived in San Antonio for the last 21 years. I have bartended for major high volume clubs such as Midnight Rodeo, Far West, and Cowboys Dance Hall for many years. Now I own two bars in San Antonio.
