First Off, Please Include A Letter If You Are Making A Friend Request. I Want To Know At Least A Little About Who You Are And Why You Wrote Me. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DAMN WEBCAMS OR HOW TO GET 5,000 FREE RING-TONES!Ahh....that feels better.I have recently returned to Los Angeles(Santa Monica, to be exact). This is my 3rd time living there. 3 is a magic number, bitches!I am an actor and a writer and would enjoy joining some sort a group involved in those areas.I like sports(playing & watching), music, art, theatre & film. I guess you could say I'm not a Red State kind of person....not that those interests are off limits to all conservatives. That's enough for now.
I LOVE music...just as long as it's groovy. More or less a little bit (or a lot) of everything except for Boy bands, pop country, elevator jazz, Stryper and whomever did that "Barbie Girl" song. I've gotten a little burned out on popular hip-hop, having worked at a club that plays primarily hip-hop, with certain songs being in the DJ's rotation for years. I could go the rest of my life and be fine without hearing "In Da Club" ever again(Sorry Fitty, we can still roll together....).Back to the positive side, I will attempt to do a Top 40 (or so)...and not in any order:Jimi Hendrix, The Beastie Boys, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Police, Built to Spill, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Jane's Addiction, Pearl Jam, Prince, Pavement, Stevie Wonder(pre "I just called to say I love you"), Parliment/Funkadelic, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Tom Petty, Coldplay, The Arcade Fire, Soundgarden, INXS(not with the new guy), Van Halen(w/ Dave), The Pixies, The Doors, Nirvana, Sade, Portishead, Air, Duran Duran, Kiss, Guns 'n Roses, Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Alice in Chains, Marvin Gaye, Morcheeba, Billy Idol, Afghan Whigs, Depeche Mode, U2, Outkast, Blondie, Stone Roses, Bill Withers, The Temptations, Black Sabbath, Portishead, The Smiths, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Journey(good cheese), Jeff Buckley, G Love & Special Sauce, Beck, Li'l Cap'n Travis, Radiohead, The Pharcyde, The Cars, Weezer,
Erykah Badu,
Ween, Neil Young, White Stripes, Al Green, James Brown and The Man in Black......oh, since I am from Ann Arbor, I am obligated to add Bob Segar and also say that "Hail to the Victors" is an amazing song.
Oh, boy.....another category that will provide a long list.Once again, in the order that they pop in my head. The Big Lebowski, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Fargo, Dazed and Confuzed, Stripes, Star Wars(4-6), The Shining, American Psycho, Fight Club, Se7en, Rounders, Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid, Magnificent Seven, Tombstone, Sixteen Candles, Animal House, The Party("Birdie Num-num"), Pink Panther Movies(with Peter Sellars), True Romance, The Professional, Snatch, Goodfellas, The Godfather(1 &2), Field of Dreams, American Beauty, Vertigo, Swingers, Evil Dead 2, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Say Anything, Reservoir Dogs, The Outsiders, The Princess Bride, Office Space, Night Shift, When Harry Met Sally, Midnight Run, Memento, In the Name of the Father, Shawshank Redemtion, Go, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Valley Girl and...even though I am a guy, I really liked Moulin Rouge. I am okay with that. I am! Also, Tom Hanks was never better than he was in Bachelor Party......that's the power of Adrian Zmed!
I'm still waiting for that 3rd season of Twin Peaks.......
I'm down with Pop-Up and Scratch and Sniff books.....Actually, reading what I just wrote(as the adult I am)sounds more perverted than humorous. Er......sorry!
