Music:

right now i am interested in trashy loud 80s and 90s nihilistic rock bands like...flipper, the cows, the jesus lizard, lubricated goat, melvins,killdozer, snake apartment, qui etc...and their modern counterparts like pissed jeans and clockcleaner. it helps me out.oh and late 80s early 90s golden era hip hop might just be the best fucking thing i have ever heardand bruce haack is awesome too

Movies:

superbad, knocked up, all the harry potter movies, and pretty much anything judd apatow has his hands in. rush hour 1 and 2, ratatouille, and teeth and juno were pretty damn good i just watched hellboy and enjoyed it so that gets a nod as well

Television:

not too much is on right now, but i do love me some of the office, the mighty boosh, family guy,freaks and geeks, umdeclared, matlock, the larry sanders show and 24...trying to get into the wire...dont know if i can.

Books:

Heroes:

anyone who didnt give a damn. flipper, bill hicks, frank zappa, and some other folks.any head chef that reinforced their staff with positive reinforcement other than negative reinforcement after a hard day's work
