Billie Paul Piper's first single "Because We Want To" debuted on the UK charts at number one, making the then-school-girl the youngest ever to snatch the spot. Her follow-up, "Girlfriend," also debuted at number 1, and shortly afterwords, her album "Honey to the B" was released to rave reviews. The sophomore effort, "Walk of Life," also recieved glowing reviews, and spawned yet another number 1 single, entitled "Day and Night."
Billie then decided to pursue her second life-long dream of being an actress, and got a starring role in the television mini series "The Canterbury Tales." She's headlined several other successful films and television specials, and is set to reprise her role as Rose Tyler in 2008 on the wildly popular show "Dr. Who."
On August 8, 2005, Bilie's greatest hits compilation "The Very Best of Billie Piper" was released as a gift to her fans who have waited so eagerly for another album.
